Music

Music is sound that is received by the individual and vary by history, location, culture and tastes of a person. True definition of music is also diverse:

    
* Beep / impression of something that was captured by the listener senses
    
* A work of art with all your constituents and supporters.
    
* All sounds are generated intentionally by a person or group and served as music


Music is a symphony of life, a part of art that characterizes daily life of human beings on earth. Without music the world quiet, empty and monotonous because music can break the ice, the heart relaxes and stimulates the human mind as an actor's life story. Music does not just provide entertainment effect, but able to give meaning to evoke the passion and spirit of life to empower and make sense of life. Listening to music, appreciate and enjoy a fun activity and can make us comfortable. The effect is what is medically and psychologically cause a positive reaction on the physical and psychical condition of man, including me and us. So whether benefits are real music in our daily lives?

MUSIC not just for entertainment. Recent research suggests that a good melody is good medicine. Music can relieve pain, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve mood, and cure insomnia.
Today, even a certified music therapist uses music to address heart disease, asthma and dementia. But, you do not need to learn music theory to get the benefits. Here are ways you can do to find harmony between your physical and mental.
Feeling sick? Try to mix music with imaginationResearchers from the Cleveland Clinic found that listening to music for an hour a day can reduce pain by 20 percent. Music also was able to reduce use of painkillers before and sesduah surgery.
